Job description DB Design: Deep understanding of NoSQL and relational databases and database fundamentals , including data storage , data modeling , and data access patterns. Good experiences on MSSQL/MySQL database design (Tables , Views , Functions , SPs etc. ,) and support. Experience in creating Indexes , Views , Triggers , Functions , and appropriate Stored Procedures to facilitate efficient data manipulation and developed complex T- SQL code for the application. Managing logins and database users , as well as database roles , application roles , and other security principals within database. Monitoring , Tuning , and Troubleshooting the database performance issues. Rebuilding and reorganizing indexed on a regular basis. Install , configure , patch , and upgrade database software (Mongo or Couchbase or ELK or Cassandra). Implement appropriate indexes (B- Tree , Geospatial , Text) for performance improvement. Recommend and implement best practices for Rest API integration framework/model. Assist developers in detecting performance problems using varies tools such as Workbench , Postman , SSMS , Couchbase or ELK console , MMS or Mongo Profiler etc. , Design , implement , maintain and automate the appropriate backup and recovery architecture as required. ,
