Job Description

    What Youll DoHead delivery function, be based out of Chennai, India.Responsible for client relationships at all levels of engagement/delivery aspects of an Account.Will be involved in scoping of a solution, encompassing delivery milestone / financial impact and quality.Develop growth plans for the existing relationship, mining for an expanded footprint.Be well versed with the financial landscape of every project, including P&L.Responsible for backup plans to make up the shortfall in budgeted vs growth revenue.Represent DM on all prospective client engagements, including willingness to travel to client locations.Be the point of escalation for any delivery-related issues.Identifying and building Decision Minds leadership team on the account (Technical, SME, Managerial)Performance evaluation and feedback for individuals on the accountHiring/building account talents to fulfil requirements for the account and to create an account-specific bench.Manage any project attrition and create backup plans.Execute Practice-led training and growth plans.Responsible for account level P & L (Revenues and Gross Margins)What the candidate be good at:Proven proficiency in the data landscape. Platforms include GCP / AWS and all data-related tech stacks.Granular level understanding of data, analytics and cloud-based enterprise-wide project engagements.Strong technical background with problem-solving skills, required to be hands-on at circumstances.PMP / Agile / Agile SAFe certified. Understanding of project management best practices.C-Suite level of communication.Functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy and project management.Initiative taker, eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others and a quick learnerComfort and experience with cross-organizational communication; excellent written and verbal communication skills.EducationBachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications or related field.
