Job Description

    Cloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services. It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation. Job Description Line & Delivery Management - Lead a team of E2E Telecom Test Automation Engineers, Solution Architects and Test Specialists . Plan, execute, coordinate and deliver E2E Test automation projects to Market units & telecom service providers with extreme ownership. Be a trusted advisor for stakeholders from Market units on projects delivery. Meet operational and quality KPIs in delivery. Define and implement strategic delivery initiatives. Live the value of re-usable test assets in delivery, institutionalise best practices, develop culture of learning and sharing Plan and develop competence in the team based on latest advancement in test automation, tools and cognitive test solutions that add value to what/how we deliver. Hire and retain top talent. People, performance and compensation management for the team. Manage geographically distributed teams. Work along with relevant functions Market units, Pre-sales, PLM, Architecture Office, Strategy functions, internal delivery teams and build service delivery pipeline for the team, in the assigned functional area. Contribute to organisational initiatives. Accountable for employee engagement, test automation framework enhancement, roadmap planning/execution, planned customer deliveries and customer ( Internal customer) satisfaction.
