    Position: Department Manager - Visual MerchandiserQualificationsDiploma or degree in Design or Fashion Technology.2-4 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in visual merchandising roles.Skills RequiredInnovation and Creativity: Ability to develop innovative visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and attract customers.Process Orientation: Strong understanding of visual merchandising processes and ability to implement efficient workflows.Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of retail products and their market positioning.Vendor Relationship Skills: Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of visual merchandising materials.Visual Merchandising Strategy: Proficiency in developing and executing visual merchandising plans aligned with the brands overall marketing strategy.Store Layout and Fixtures: Knowledge of store layout principles and. experience in designing and implementing effective fixture arrangements.Budget Management: Experience in managing visual merchandising budgets effectively to achieve desired outcomes.Aesthetic Sense: Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail to create visually appealing displays.Photoshop/Adobe/CAD Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or CAD to create mock-ups and visual presentations.Performance MetricsCandidates who have demonstrated contributions to an increase in conversions and average ticket value through effective visual merchandising efforts.Ability to adapt visual merchandising initiatives to regional preferences and cultural nuances.Candidates meeting the above qualifications and possessing the required skills are encouraged to apply,
