Responsible for Direct Materials of ORA Plant. Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Product Quality Planning. GKN programme stages B, C. Manage Supplier process/ product development using the APQP methodWith the Program buyer, support pre-sourcing activity for all assigned new programsConduct & Complete risk assessments of existing and potential new suppliers. Ensure supplier understanding and adherence to specs and CADConduct assessments and Participate to the selection process of potential suppliers. Conduct supplier audits and assessments in accordance with program requirements. Ensure, thanks to strict APQP follow up, PPAP delivery according to master scheduleFor SQA and purchasing function prepare program reviews (lessons learned) . Support New Program Product and Process development of External Purchased product. Identify supplier weaknesses and request SQC support for supplier developmentParticipate in GKN preliminary DFMEAControl PFMEA, control plans and process flow reviews with SuppliersInitiate Pre-launch complaint management process and corrective actions. Participate in Design and Program reviews. Achieve product quality and capacity targets. Product and process validation to achieve right first time (RFT) . Manage the PPAP processComplete a successful PPAP review and approval. Conduct a run-at-rate at the supplier to confirm capacity using capacity analysis report (CAR) or similar tool. Support the Program Launch activity. Participate in launch readiness review meetings. Ensure transition to plant SQA responsibility during program launch. Support plant SQA with launch readiness reviews at the supplier. Support program for safe launch activities. Provide Lessons learnt and improvements plansPhase D Series ProductionOrganize the transfer of program completed activities and documents to the Plant SQA and Purchasing responsibility. Monitoring and ReportMonitor Program risks and progress with APQP Status reportReport achievement on monthly basis,
