    Job DescriptionDo you have the blend of engineering skills and sales tactics Then you might be the right fit for our new Sales Position for HVAC Drives sales in Hyderabad, India.Danfoss is a world leader in supplying engineered products for Fan, Pump & Compressor Applications for various segments like Pharma, Hotels, Offices, Metros, & other Commercial Buildings. We are looking for passionate Sales Person with flair for product/technical knowledge and willing to learn.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Representing Danfoss HVAC Drives; PIBCV; Turbocor Compressors to Pharma End Users & Consultants in the Southern region (primarily Hyderabad & Vizag Pharma Belts; Datacentre end users & Consultants) and work towards increasing Share of Wallet with them. Developing rapport with Pharma End users and working with various Route To Markets to achieve overall no.s incl all 3 Product Lines Managing commercial. activities, negotiation, documentation processes for order/supply, by taking internal support as required. Engineering Graduate with 3 to 6 years of experience in engineering sales Knowledge in HVAC Market & Products preferred Fans, Pumps, Drives, Switch gears, BMS, etc. Prior experience in Pharma Sector directly or with OEMs - Fan, Pump, AHU, Chiller highly preferred Self-motivated to drive growth through initiatives, communication skills & teamwork spirit Good communication skills in English (verbal & written) and other regional languages will be an added advantage. Ability and inclination to work under pressure and frequent business travel Follow ethical procedures in all business interactions Most important is your business approach and interpersonal skills with customers at all levels.
