Ltd.Deputy Manager - SuSy Design Engineering (F/M/D)Responsibilities Technical and disciplinary management of Engineering SuSy SSC Chennai. Steer and ensure order related design and basic engineering tasks considering customer specifications as well as EagleBurgmann standards. Review order input data, take ownership for the auxiliary systems design, sizing and selection for orders and proposals. Specification review, selection, sizing, calculations, P&ID, system description and clean order input and hand off to design engineering team. Perform dimensional and design check on the output of system design engineering team and submittal documents for technical integrity and in line with seal design and associated heat load calculations. Support talent development and planning for the teams capabilities and their career progression, including competency evaluation and enhancement. Cooperate intensive with EB Germany (Team: Engineering Standards and Support). Develop and maintain the management system and reports.Qualifications Technical university degree. Experience in Supply Systems Business. Technical expertise in pressure vessels, electronics, measurement and control technology, etc. Expertise in basic engineering and design. Detailed knowledge of quality-relevant standards and regulations desirable. Methodical knowledge of employee leadership, project management, key performance indicator systems and application, quality management.
