Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1.Responsible for performing DVP testing of powertrain components. 2.Responsible for developing new test facility. 3.Participation in project CFT role their by ensuring project timeline and deliverables from Testlab. 3.Technical Reporting Writing and presenting results with team. 4.Componernt Failure analysis and reporting inferences. 5.Component strain data measurement and fatigue analysis. 6. Supporting Labs general management activites and working inline with department representatives. 7.Ensure adequacy in respective domain area for internal & external audit. 8.Developing new test standard and revisiting current standard based on dynamic customer/user profile changes.1 Basis operations of servohydraulic systems & vibration system . 2.Data Acquisitions and analysis( Any post processing software). 3.Fixture Designing using any modelling software and basic knowledge on design calculations. 4.Good with problem solving skill. 5.Risk taking ability & a self driven personality who can lead for transformation. Experience BE/B.Tech- 2~3 yrs, Diploma - 5~6 YrsHands on experience on Knowledge of Automotive systems and Application, Robotic operations and Programming knowledge1.Powertrain system and subsystem knowledge. 2. Understanding the loads and boundary condition of Engine/Transmission components. 3. Good Knowledge on Engineering mechanics/material science. Industry Preferred Qualifications BE/B.Tech or Diploma from Mechanical Engineering General Requirements 1. Knowledge in working with basis Windows platform system. 2. Knowledge on vehicle system and subsystem. 3.
