Primary responsibility of the candidate is to ensure the following:- The candidate will be supporting Upjohn Finance Operations supporting Upjohn FP&A - Preparation, Review of commentary files for the variance analysis providing relevant business justification.- Supporting the finance support for Regulatory fees for Upjohn as well as Medical Providing supporting in creating the finance org for Upjohn- Timely and accurate preparation / review of accruals and reporting of financials and spend analytics.- Preparation, Review of commentary files for the variance analysis providing relevant business justification.- Preparation and Review of cost center reports, monthly dashboards and MIS.- Facilitate and ensure Cost center creation, movement, mapping and reporting. Extended support for annual budgetary exercise and forecast.QUALIFICATIONSCandidate is required to have extensive FP&A experience in large MNCs /organizations having matrix reporting structure. Chartered Accountant with 4 to 7 year of post qualification experience or an MBA from premium Institutes will be preferred. The candidate should have working knowledge of SAP finance module and must be fluent in MS Excel. Candidate must be enthusiastic and should be an excellent team player. Good written and oral communication is must for this position.Candidates with prior experience with Hyperion and other data management and analytics would be preferred.
