Job Description

    We have an vacancy for Design Engineer Experience :FresherLocation : Alwarpet, Chennai.Qualification :Diploma mech / Mechanical EngineeringCTC : 15k-25kPosition : Design EngineerOnly male preferredRoles and Responsibilities1. Drafting and DesigningCivil AutoCAD:Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts for civil and structural components.Design HVAC systems, duct layouts, or other civil elements required for air conditioning systems.Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety standards.SolidWorks:Create 3D models and simulations for components used in HVAC systems or other products.Conduct stress analysis and performance testing using SolidWorks tools.Optimize designs for manufacturing and assembly.2. Collaboration with DraftsmenGuide draftsmen in creating precise technical drawings based on initial designs.Review and verify drafts for accuracy and adherence to specifications.Ensure proper documentation of design changes and updates.3. Technical Analysis and Problem SolvingAnalyze design challenges and provide innovative solutions to improve performance.Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for projects.Coordinate with project managers and site engineers for on-ground implementation.4. Project DocumentationMaintain records of design iterations, calculations, and specifications.Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials) and technical reports.Ensure proper documentation for client submissions and internal use.5. Skill DevelopmentStay updated with the latest versions of Civil AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other design software.Develop expertise in HVAC, air filtration systems, or the specific industry domain of Dyrocon Airtech.Learn and apply relevant industry standards, including ASHRAE, ISHRAE, or similar HVAC codes.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Civil AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and drafting tools.Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and HVAC system design.Knowledge of material properties, structural analysis, and manufacturing processes.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication skills for collaboration with teams and clients.Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to analyze technical problems and provide practical solutions.Creative approach to design optimization and innovation.
