RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide expertise in design, process and integration for advanced technology development. Identify Technology and Manufacturing marginal areas and develop a bottom up DFM plan. Specify technology metrics and milestones for Yield improvement. REQUIREMENTS: 5- 10 years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry Experience with advanced semiconductor technologies such as 45/ 40nm, 32/ 28nm and 22/ 20nm preferable with OPC and lithography background. Familiarity with all Design areas and tools and solid understanding of design/ technology interactions Database query and statistical analysis skills strongly desired Calibre Techfile Expert (DFM, OPC, TVF, DRC, FILL) SKILL and AMPLE coder (pcells) C++ / SQL / UNIX coder (scripting as well as CVS) Design Automation evaluation OpenAccess C++ programmer Good understanding of computer organization/ architecture. Laboratory experience, including the use of equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc. Strong analytical/ problem solving skills and pronounced attention to details. Must be a self- starter, and able to independently drive tasks to completion. Good teamwork and communications skills are mandatory BS + 8 years or MS + 6 years or PhD + 2- 3 years Electrical Engineering and/ or Computer Architecture work experience ,
