    Design and plan combat and non-combat related systems and features that realize the vision of design leadershipHelp create and maintain living design documentation that keeps pace with the projects progress and accurately conveys all necessary information to Design, Art, and ProgrammingApply knowledge of instructional design theory to design course contentSelects hardware designs from standard design library for flow diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of material, network layouts and electrical schematics as requiredCreate working design documents used in the course of implementation and that aid in the development of QA test plansMonitor emerging trends in interactive technologies, content and designWork closely with members of their strike team, including programmers and artists, to achieve the vision dictated by design leadershipDesign and develop pedagogically sound, curricula and activities to improve individual competenciesCustomer requirement capture and analysis including review of the Customer statement of work and design needs to ensure the customer requirements have been metSystem design including elaboration of the interface definition, performance and safety requirements
