    • Resolve user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking.
    • Guide customers through application and peripheral installation.
    • Diagnose technical issues by asking relevant, targeted questions.
    • Provide step-by-step support to resolve user challenges.
    • Perform remote troubleshooting when required.
    • Utilize basic knowledge of routers and switches for problem-solving.
    • Test and evaluate alternative solutions until the issue is resolved.
    • Customize desktop applications to align with user needs.
    • Maintain logs of technical issues and their respective resolutions.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.
    • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure system functionality.
    • Collect customer feedback and identify potential improvement areas.
    • Assist in the creation of technical documentation and manuals.
    Requirements & Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
    • Proficiency in office automation tools and peripherals like printers and scanners.
    • Basic understanding of network security and antivirus programs.
    • Ability to troubleshoot remotely and deliver clear instructions.
    • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
    • A customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
