Key skills - Coding in Powershell, ARM (Azure Resource Manager), & DSC (Desired State Configuration) & Strong debugging skill in C Sharp and Dotnet Automate provisioning and configuration of Test Environments deployed in Azure as part of the CICD pipeline. The configuration code should be reusable for other scenarios like configuring developer desktops and deploying in prod which are physical boxes since McKesson uses onprem robotics coding in Powershell, ARM, & DSC. Powershell will be the dominant language for most devops tasks since Microsoft standardized on it for Azure. Ability to analyze and debug apps written in C# (webapps, webservices, microservices) and their corresponding builds using VS 2017 (e.g. fixing csproj files). Also we will need to support builds of Desktop apps written in C++ using VS 2008 and help to integrate tests into the CICD pipelines.o This is an example of one build problem I hit and fixed recently. Automate parts of deployments where there are no Azure DevOps builtin tasks or community tasks. Preferably coded in Powershell/C# or create an Azure DevOps reusable custom task (e.g. extension). We may end up using containers for some apps so experience with Docker containers would be a plus.
