Job Description

    You will need a background in software engineering, software design, architecture, and an understanding of how your area of expertisesupports our customers. Youll also have experience of test-driven development alongside the use of automated test frameworks, mocking orstubbing and unit testing tools. Ideally, youll also have a background in solving highly complex, analytical and numerical problems.Its essential that you have experience with MVC 4.0 and above, C#, Ajax, jQuery, CSS3, Bootstrap, SQL servers, Bitbucket and Git.And youll pair this with knowledge of database design, T-SQL programming and query optimisation.Youll also need:Experience in .Net core, web API, Angular or ReactJS, and an understanding of cloud platforms such as IaaS and PaaSKnowledge of functions and stored proceduresAn understanding of change or incident processes, articles and configuration management databases, and design patternsKnowledge of Agile methodology and SOLID principlesKnowledge of relational, in-memory, distributed and NoSQL databasesExperience of implementing programming best practice, especially around scalability, automation, virtualisation, optimisation, availabilityand performanceNice to knowHe should be able to define dev ops pipeline using teamcity and nant and other standard tool set
