Design Trainings to build capability in the futuristic Technologies. Identify technology learning avenues where alternatives to classroom interventions can be implemented and lead in designing & implementing the same. Build a portfolio of the L&D Interventions for Engineering Excellence, Domain Essentials and Project excellence for the respective division. Monitor the designing and implementation of L&D interventions, using blended learning approach for various Technical Roles. Develop Functional Competency assessment framework and Instituitionalize the assessment process for the COEs in the respective division. Develop framework to evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions delivered. Develop framework to identify and coach high potential Engineers. Ablity to create and use digital learning tools - blended learning, micro learning, eLearning, Integration of MOOCs in Technical trainings. Design and teach experimental trainings - enhance MTA lab facilities and offer advanced trainigs based on experiment.Ability to further enhance MTA facilities like Innoworks lab etcBuild a network of Technical Subject matter experts inside and outside the organization for the respective division. Design Technical Learning Maps for Engineers across various COEs. Collaborate with various universities ( India/Abroad) to develop Technical Trainings. Have an external focus to build the network outside the organization and bring in the best practices, trends in developing contents and technical assessments. Represent MTA in external conferences and Tech events.Monitor the budget and the expenses with respect to the interventions, Assessments done. Experience15 - 20 Years of ExperienceIndustry PreferredAutomotive/Farm OEM & Farm Ancillary minimum at Tier 1 level, automitive / farm component suppliers and Government organizations like ARAI, Automotive skill development councilQualificationsMasters/Ph.D in Engineering / Science / ManagementGeneral Requirements1. Basic understanding of automotive/farm technologies 2. Exposure to technical competency assessment methodologies 3. Should have the required technical know how to ensure the development of high quality training content 4. Knowledge of advanced technologies and mega trends in automotive sector 5. Planning & Execution Skills 6. Leveraging human capital 7. Exposure to technical learning and evaluation methodologies1. IT / Tech savvy. 2. Ability to clearly communicate ideas both verbally and visually represent them. 3. Ability to connect with his fellow Engineering SMEs. 4. Team Player 5. Project Management Skills 6. Financial acumen1.Understanding of automotive and Farm terminologies , Technology Trends , Technology Innovation.
