  • You enjoy collaborating and working as part of a cross discipline team and willing to learn/ share your knowledge with the team.
  • Strong communication, organization, time management and planning skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical approach
  • understanding of Dialers and modes of dialing
  • Experience of working in/ with Windows and Linux OS environments
  • Good understanding of telephony, TDM fundamentals and relational databases
  • Good understanding of TCPIP and SIP/ VOIP/ RTP and Voice Codecs
  • Basic understanding of Storage Area networks (SAN), Session Border Controllers (SBC), virtualization technologies (VMware) and cloud implementations
  • Development skills (simple scripting i.e. PHP, Powershell, Python /automating the workflows)
  • Fluent English written and spoken. Second language is good to have but not essential
  • You have proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access or other analytical tools
  • You have a Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
