As an experienced Business Analyst with over 10 years of expertise, your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements. You will lead complex business analysis initiatives, translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories, and conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and impact analysis to support decision-making. Additionally, you will develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and use cases, facilitate communication between business units and IT teams, identify opportunities for process optimization, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.- Lead complex business analysis initiatives and manage end-to-end project lifecycles.- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and impact analysis to support decision-making.- Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and use cases.- Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment and clarity.- Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend innovative solutions.- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with change management activities.- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices.- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in diverse industries.- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis techniques.- Proficiency with business analysis tools such as JIRA or similar.- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.- Experience with Agile, Scrum methodologies.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
