Job Description: We are looking for Digital Content Consultant who will produce e- learning material, digital marketing communication materials (social media graphics, infographics, GIFs, animated videos etc. ) based on defined structures, standards and relevant tools. You will be responsible for : Production of e- learning material, marketing communication materials (Social media images, Infographics, GIF, animated videos) for internal and external target groups based on defined structures, standards and relevant tools . Identifying and selecting relevant new tools for developing e- learning materials, be the super- user in the chosen tool and enable others to use when relevant Ability to design and develop learning bytes for the easy access of information Ensuring a well- structured archive of assets, maintenance of source files for the training and marketing communication materials which is been developed internally/ externally Liaising with the existing vendors for the sourcing of the required training and marketing communication materials, when necessary Investigating new trends in eLearning, mobile Learning, and apply the relevant ones (AR, VR learning experience) Knowledge on Blooms taxonomy, ADDIE model and MSTP documentation Uploading and maintaining the learning contents in 2 different Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone and SABA). Receiving, consolidating and managing global translation request on new or existing Global training and marking materials Sourcing, preparing and providing the appropriate input materials for localizing various content to the translation agency/ internal stakeholders Coordinating with the respective stake holders to run the translation task hassle free and deliver it quickly Ensuring alignment with corporate visual identity, standard and SOP Education and Experience Bachelors degree with 6 to 8 years of experience in eLearning or relevant industry . Instructional design skill Should handle projects by own Ability to work with HTML5 & JavaScript file Good experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate CC, aftereffects/ premier), and Captivate Good to have basic knowledge on 3D software (Maya, 3D Max, KeyShot) . ,
