    Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager- U.S. based Home Elevator Manufacturing company near Chennai.Job Summary- We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team- a leading manufacturer of home elevators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive sales growth.-This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.- Manage and optimize the companys website for SEO, ensuring it is user-friendly and aligned with best practices.- Oversee social media marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement across various platforms.- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.- Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and customer needs.- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.- Build an in-house digital marketing team to take over all digital marketing activities of the group.Qualifications:- Must be ready to relocate to Chennai suburban area.- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or home improvement sector.- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.- A collaborative and innovative work environment.-
