Responsible for the Campus Administration & Management 6+ years Experience in the Teaching & Industry, Preferably Heading an InstitutionBFA/MFA , B.Des / M.Des in Communication design or BA in MultimediaAny international qualification in relevant industry will be an added advantage.Autodesk MayaAdobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorNukeAny other 3D or 2D SoftwarePreferable (Unity or Game Maker or Construct 2, Game Salad)Content and Curriuculum Development People Management Coaching and Mentoring Responsible for setting and advancing the academic and financial strategy of the department Responsible for designing, developing, implementing and monitoring a process that will support a healthy and enriched learning environment Monitoring adherence to all policies and procedures as defined by organisation, associated institutes and affiliations Refresh and Develop new programs to attract new students and markets Responsible for classroom teaching @ few master classes per semester.Monitor and adhere to agreed and set curriculum. Recommend changes and drive the change when requiredFacilitate student learning. Provide effective instruction and undertake effective assessments on an ongoing basisDevelop effective and current course curriculum. This includes and is not limited to student handbouts, presentations, assessments, etcResponsible for designing, developing, implementing and monitoring remedial programs / courses to ensure effective learning Collaborate with other departments and Academic Administrator to create and implement relevant programs and learning materialSchedule, supervise, debrief and evaluate students and Faculty members of their department on an ongoing basis. Provide feedback and coach / mentor as and when required Work with Operations team to procure required and relevant technology to assist and facilitate effective teaching / learningResponsible for reviewing student grades
