  • Reporting and analytics for the Sales /Finance domain.
  • Deep Dive/Diagnosis on the business metrics and understand the performance behaviour.
  • Leverage the data by building statistical models to help the business for cross-sell and better target.
  • Develop infrastructure to enable internal business partners to track the business performance, forecasting and trajectory.
  • Knowledge of SQL, R, Excel is mandatory.
  • Exposure to Oracle Financials ERP and data structure.
  • Exposure to Sales/Finance (Accounts receivable/payables) domain is mandatory.
  • Stakeholder management at CXO level.
Required Candidate profileEducation: BE / B. Tech from Tier-1/2 instituteExperience: 10 - 12 yrs experience in reporting and analytics for Sales/Finance domain.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand the users requirements and translate them into analytics projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have held a head position in a business /set up or drove Analytics function.
  • Strategist, aggressive and game-changer.
  • Should have a strategic view.
