    Director Sales - EdTechDesignation/Role : Director Sales / Associate Director / Sr DirectorP1 : For US / Canada Market : Location : Chennai P2 : For Pan India Market : Location : ChennaiP3 : Rest of the World (ROW) : Location : Bangalore 6 Days WorkingExperience : 8-15 Years- Should have handled a large team of at least 100+ inside sales in B2C companies.- Current team size to be handled 300-500 insides sales and this role world be reporting to Head of GrowthRoles & Responsibilities :- Develop strategies relating to the companys market, products, services, and sales goals- Lead and motivate the sales team to improve consultative service to the customers- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.- Work with executives to determine and execute sales plans to meet organizational needs- Perform day-to-day oversight and management of the sales team- Set and manage sales department budgets- Track, analyze, and present sales metrics to senior leadership- Analyze market trends and plan sales strategies accordinglyDesired Skills :- Degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field.- Candidates need a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ed-tech industry and in a leadership position.- Robust leadership abilities and an innovative, entrepreneurial attitude- In-depth knowledge of market techniques and best practices.- Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.,
