You will lead the Centre for Teaching and Learning. You are highly proficient and have strong experience in teaching methodologies, learning styles, and teaching and learning outcomes and assessment, and cater those skills to academic staff. You are competent to continually identify learning styles and teaching methodologies suitable to technical institutions of higher learning and impart respective skills and knowledge to faculty. You will contribute critically to our institutional goals and have a credible scholarly background. Your team supports staff at any stage of their academic career, and facilitates learning in all aspects of the academic role including learning and teaching, management and leadership in a research intensive institution. You have an earned doctorate in an academic field from an accredited institution and substantial evidence of teaching and scholarly activity at the university level. You also have demonstrated effective administrative experience in developing faculty and in leading teaching and learning division of an institution of institution of higher learning. ,
