Role :Product Architect, Global Applications.We are looking for an experienced Product Architect who will be responsible for designing and implementing technological solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of both software and hardware systems, as well as the ability to integrate new technologies into existing infrastructures.Product Architect will play a critical role in shaping and guiding the product journey from conception to delivery and sustenance. This role involves designing and implementing robust, scalable, and innovative technology solutions that enhance the products performance and user experience.# Highlights :- Architect and design end-to-end technology solutions for product- Collaboration with Product developers/designers/managers for business requirements,deployment and deliverables.- Introduce and implement innovative technologies and practices to enhance Product functionalities.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and architectural standards.- Product Roadmap : Design and Drive the Product Roadmap for new features and improvements.- QA : Ensure the quality and reliability of product deliverables through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.- Documentation : Create architectural documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, andimplementation plans.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.- Risk management and Mitigation of the Product.- Establishing Architecture standards and best practices,data governance policies, and security protocols for data exchange.- POC,Governance,Communication and Collaboration with Stake Holders.- Performance Optimization,capacity planning.- Technical support :Providing support for troubleshooting critical Infra and Application issues and resolving technical challenges encountered during implementation.- Manage and engage closely with Product lead, technical lead and engineering partners from various vendor and partner organizations.# Experience:- 12 years of experience in executing and implementing enterprise software implementations- 5 years of experience as a Technical Architect/Product Architect- Strong foundational experience in product/application design, architecture and maturity specifically in Microsoft technologies, preferably Azure.- Experience implementing and supporting an enterprise-wide customer and employee enabling systems.- Strong design, Cloud Infra architecture, and problem-solving skills with knowledge and experience in building solutions.- Expertise in Hybrid cloud solutions (desirable) Azure, GCP cloud related Infra and Deployment Architectures.- The position requires good understanding of product and change management to drivethe technology modernization agenda.- Handson experience in UI development, Microservices based architecture, database design, using any middleware solution# Key Skills : Product Architect|Design & Documentation|Product Development|Innovation|Technical Leadership|Product Roadmap|Quality Assurance|CI-CD practice|Risk Management|Standards and Best Practices|Technology Evaluation|Performance Optimization|Governance and Compliance|Contineous Improvement|Technical Leadership|Vendor Management|Product POC
