Do it here.What you ll be doing.This position is for DMTS and it largely involves developing solutions and projects for self-service conversational channels. You will help modernizing Chatbot suite of systems and also lead development and delivery of major business programs for consumers.As a Distinguished Engineer for the Conversational channels, you ll develop projects that can perform complex analyses using emerging technologies. You ll be constantly on the lookout for new modeling techniques, evolving technologies, and emerging industry trends so that we stay ahead of the game. As a technology expert developing innovative solutions on the Conversational platform comprising the Chatbots, and emerging Voice technologies.

• Building analytics capability for the application and report to stakeholders on a consistent basis.
• Identifying insights and creating newer technology solutions for better and efficient systems.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to develop systems that provide better experience to end users and customers and help in resolving business problems.
• Solving issues that are new and unique, which will provide opportunity to innovate.
• Leading a team of Architects & consultants; drive them effectively in delivering high quality solutions to the field.
• Articulating the software solutions, problems and ideas to the leadership team and peers, and being able to influence the outcome.
• Delving into unknown technical territories and find the right solution.
• Interacting with the vendor and user communities.
• Adopting a consulting led approach and becoming a trusted advisor to the management.

What we re looking for.Youll need to have:

• Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Six or more years of experience in Chatbot solutions such as Google Dialog Flow (Google CCAI) or Amazon Lex or similar scale enterprise chabot products.
• Six or more years of experience E2E delivery responsibility for Conversational (Chatbot) platform based on Google DialogFlow.
• Five or more years of experience in enhancing the Bot Intelligence by employing state of the art AI ML-based NLP training.
• Five or more years of experience Complete Hands-on development experience on Micro services, web programming designs and paradigms.
• Five or more years of experience in Technology expertise in Apache, J2EE, JavaScript, Restful APIs / SOAP programming.
• Five or more years of experience in creating a standard Verizon Corpus standard that supports all Consumer applications.
• Five or more years of experience in expanding conversational platforms to emerging experiences like Alexa, Google assistant, Bixby and Cortana.
• Four or more years of experience in helping integrate conversational platforms for Care agents by partnering on an Agent Assist solution that is NLP based.
• Three or more years of experience in helping integrate Livechat platform with Conversational platform.
• Two or more years of experience in contextualizing conversations by integrating the platform with Systems of Insights.
• Two or more years of experience in bringing digital experiences using Chatbot, Voice, Mobile & Web platforms.

Even better if you have:

• Bachelors Degree or Masters degree.
• Degree in business intelligence and analytics, computer science, or mathematics.
• Ten or more years of relevant work experience.
