Experience in handling Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing modules At least 1-2 AMS engagements - handling complete EBS R12.2.3 Manufacturing modules end to end. At least 2 end to end Oracle EBS R12.2.x implementations handling all Manufacturing modules Experience in modules like Process Manufacturing, Recipes, Costing, ASCP, Order Management, Shipping Execution, Inventory, , Advance Pricing and Enterprise Asset Management modules. At least 1 full life cycle implementation and preferably with handling one or multiple support projects. Good to have Industry experience in OPM, EAM( Enterprise Asset Management), SCM, Production/Shop floor/Order Management/ Materials Management, Should have good understanding of overall business processes and functions specially around O2C (Order to Cash), OPM, EAM, SCM Support OPM Financials Month end close process to ensure that all financial transactions, particularly those related to production and consumption, are being appropriately tracked and accounted. Working on OPM Costing solution to integrate with other areas of the EBS footprint including Discrete Inventory, Accounts Receivable (Invoicing), Procurement/Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Sub Ledger Accounting.Responsibilities:Participate in the design, build and implementation of business system solutions, utilizing the Oracle e-Business Suite, to solve complex business requirements; help bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions Identify, document and/or execute aspects of the following, independently, for straight forward initiatives: As-Is Processes, Business Requirements, To-Be Solutions, Functional Specifications, Configuration, Test Plans and Test Scripts; assist with these deliverables for complex initiativesInvestigate system configuration options to provide functional expertise when developing solutions to meet business requirements; develop strategies to use standard functionality to meet business needs whenever possibleCollaborate with technical development teams and coordinate work efforts when addressing new implementations, functionality enhancements, application updates and performance issuesAssist with issue resolution and work directly with users on Tier II and III Help Desk issues; initiate and manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle SupportIndependently execute assigned tasks associated with projects, maintenance and BAU activities Key Skills: Oracle E-Biz - Manufacturing Module ( EBS, SCM, OPM,ASCP),
