It is an ever developing task in a progressive environment.Responsible for operational growth in warehouse and distribution related tasks. Liaise with related parties to ensure GI is done one time and Handle system related configuration to ensure reliable outbound from global MRP locations.Define delivery concepts and network setup to meet customer requirements, Delivery plan for all materials for the service business, across the value chain, and project management of continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain.Responsibilities
• Required the right candidate will have hands on experience in a global supply chain function especially within the Warehousing, order handling, transport and planning area of a distribution network.
• Handling the EDI errors and Improving Warehouse performance, ontime inbound and outbound deliveries. through Analytical reasoning of the root causes and corrective measures
• Keeping track of material consumption patterns, Replenishment lead time and distribution Lane optimization, and mitigating the risks in case of deviations
• Reporting & Analytics on warehouse & Logistics related data sets to cascade meaning full data for upstream and downstream business links. Perform RCAs on areas to correct.
• Implementing lean initiatives & Process improvements
Qualifications
• Preferably graduate/post graduate in any stream having experience in Demand -supply planning and Balancing
• 3+ years of experience from a global international supply chain function within production or spare parts /service / EDI environment
• Hands on experience in applying supply chain principles and methods including reporting
• Solid experience in inventory planning especially in a global distribution network
• Supply chain certifications ( eg: APICS-CPIM , CSCP ) preferred but not mandatory
• Should have interest or experience in handling data to extract business insights
• Working knowledge in SQL/R/Python is needed

• Ability to understand the Master data and EDI parameters and its implications on the planning side
• Basic statistics knowledge and ability to understand the complex supply chain network and its intricacies
• Effective stakeholder management skills
• Working style is well structured, proactive and persistent
• Ability to communicate complex supply chain information in a simple and transparent manner
• Good system and business understanding
