3- 5 Years of hands- on experience in eLearning Development Works closely with Instructional Designer , eLearning Developers , Creative Leads , and Graphic Designers to create engaging eLearning courses. Uses solid tool knowledge to bring together video clips , text , images , vector graphics , and audio to effectively serve clientsneeds. Roles and Responsibilities Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other applications to create graphics , animation , audio , video , etc. multimedia elements Experience creating application demos and simulations using Captivate , Camtasia , Storyline , and other authoring tools Experience integrating micro- learning , scenario- based learning and gamification Develops supporting graphics/media assets to bring storyboarding concepts to life Communicates vision/concepts via sketching , storyboarding , and pitching Collaborate with team members/ creative leads to provide input and recommendations for concepts , storyboards , and videos Conducts Quality Assurance testing Provides Technical Support Capable of working on tight deadlines Capacity to work alone or a group of designers to meet the demands of the client To maintain a structured , well- organized work- flow facilitating a smooth handover of files to colleagues in the next shift ,
