Technical Expert in TSCO/TSOM who is responsible for keeping the Monitoring Infrastructure used to monitor the SCB infrastructure in optimal condition to make sure the services provided by that infrastructure are available without disruptionThe activities comprise providing Level2/Level 3 support to the BMC TSCO/TSOM environments.
