Job Description

    Skill: embedded firmware , board support package , usb , ece , lcd , i2c , firmware , arm , embedded software engineer , embedded linux , i2s , sensors , uart; Exp: 2-8 years; Skillsets What you will do Be a part of Ingenious Software Developers who all share a passion for wanting to stamp their mark on the future of Embedded Vision , wherever it may lead. We seek individuals with exposure and knowledge of every level of the System software stack ranging from BareMetal firmware, bootloaders, Kernel and Distros. Capable of working with tools/applications running on windows/linux for development and debug, applications for field upgrades as well as tools for manufacturing and production Should be capable to interact with other teams and get the work on time. The Embedded Firmware Engineer is a key member of a project execution team. Will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the firmware. Will be responsible for bring-up, testing, production releases. implementations, and support for mass production. Device driver or board support package (BSP) development Should support product diagnostics and device operations What We Expect EDU QUAL A bachelors or masters degree in engineering (EEE, ECE, E&I) 2-8 Yrs with University degree (or equivalent), ideally in a numerate subject, although other graduates would be considered if they have appropriate experience. Experience in firmware and Linux kernel development, command over concepts such as, bootloaders, device drivers. Experience in developing complex software stack written preferably in C or C . Basic scripting knowledge preferably on Python. Expertise in debugging and optimizing complex software systems. Experience with customer interactions, diagnose and resolve reported issues.Must have experience with Embedded Linux/RTOS on ARM processors. Must have experience with USB DRIVERS. Experience with I2C, SPI, I2S, UART, Flash RAMs, LCD, SD cards. Experience with BOTH C and C programming in 8, 16 and 32-bit embedded environments and knowledge of assembly. Extensive experience with software engineering processes and tools. Experience and comfort with lab tools such as debuggers, logic analyzers and oscilloscopes. Strong analytical and logical ability. Strong written and verbal communication and project management skills. Thinks outside the box when developing solution. A passion for creating and building things Preferred Supplementary Technical Skills Experience with Video devices, Image sensors and image processors is desirable. Experience with Audio and Video codecs is a plus. Experience with UVC and UAC protocols is a plus. Experience with camera interface, MIPI protocol is a plus. Testing experience of knowledge about EMI,ESD, Temperature etc. Having at least any one of the above skills is key,
