Job Description

    Role: Employee RelationsLocation : ChennaiRoles and Responsibilities:
    1. Engaging in interviews, to gauge candidate fitment with the company Values & Culture.
    2. Engage with Key and build onemployeecamaraderie for the region.
    3. Ensure retention of Key Performers, through strategic interventions and proactive planning.
    4. Undertake & drive multipleemployeeengagement activities at a regional level.
    5. Management of allemployeerelated Grievances for the assigned region.
    6. Management of all Disciplinary Cases for the region. This would entail alignment with all statutory regulations, internal policies and stakeholder management.
    Ideal Applicant:
    1. Minimum 3 years of experience.
    2. Exposure intoEmployeeRelations& Grievance Handling.
    3. Good communication and presentation skills.
    4. Exposure in managing POSH, Disciplinary Cases and Labour law.
    5. Full time MBA
