This position requires a strong understanding of Cyber Security standards, as well as expertise in Cyber Security practices specific to endpoint security solutions.Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Implement and manage endpoint security solutions to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
    • Monitor and analyze security alerts from various endpoint security tools and take appropriate actions.
    • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
    • Collaborate with IT and security teams to develop and enforce security best practices.
    • Respond to and investigate security incidents, providing timely resolution and documentation.
    • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on security best practices and tools.
    • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical security incidents.
    • Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions.
    Experience Required:
    • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in endpoint and server security.
    • Strong knowledge of endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, Cylance, SentinelOne, etc.).
    • Experience in administration of cloud-based EDR/EPP SaaS solutions.
    • Proficient in supporting security cloud platforms.
    • Solid understanding of vulnerability management platforms (e.g., Qualys, Nessus).
    • Familiarity with DLP platforms.
    • Knowledge of mobile device management, network security, and endpoint encryption.
    • Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation of security tasks.
    Other Key Requirements:
    • Willingness to relocate to Chennai or Bangalore.
    • Availability to work in rotational shifts.
    • Readiness to participate in 24/7 troubleshooting calls on a rotational basis during critical security incidents.
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
    • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
