Mission
Responsible for on-time delivery of simulation activities adhering to internal process and quality.
Interaction with other divisions (Requesters) worldwide to understand the functional requirements and execute them with the In-house engineering team.
Strong interpersonal skills and good team player.
Guarantee the respect of best practice and standards, establish and capitalize new standards when applicable.
Responsibilities
Very strong knowledge in meshing the parts (Shell-Plastic, Tetra, Hexa).
Perform the Vibration simulations (Modal, Harmonic, and PSD) and optimization analysis for HVAC components and other cooling products (Radiator, CAC, Battery coolers).
Perform structural simulations and solving the simulation convergence issues in Abaqus.
Post processing and Results interpretation.
Good communication skills and customer interaction.
Organizational and time management skills
Education/Training
Master s Degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering from a reputed institute or university
Excellent knowledge in FEA Simulations using commercial FEA tools.
Professional Experience
Candidate must have around 2 ~ 5 years of significant professional experience in FEA analysis using FEA tools like Hypermesh, ANSA, Abaqus, Optistruct.
Good experience in meshing (Select the type of mesh , elements, mesh quality, mesh convergence)
Good understanding of Vibration and structural simulations.
Good in understanding of Automotive Systems
Good problem solving and communication skills
Experience in Automotive HVAC and Thermal components.
Experience in plastic components is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Non-linear material models in simulation.
