Highlight the main responsibilities MAINTENANCE COMPETENCESDevelop his own competences and skills in tools and methodologies useful for the APU. Attending the breakdown with using current technical skill and using PLC software. MAINTENANCE STRATEGIESEnsure that VPS rules are taken into account in new machine reception. Help the APU Manager to keep a continuous improvement mindset , behaviour & policy whatever the operational situation. Improve the TRP as per group target To identify the critical spares and maintaining minimum stock(Spare parts management) Spares localisation and get management involvement to improve P - 30 reservoir ERIM (Equipment Reliability Improvement Management) workshop follow up (TPM) Manage the deployment of V5000 VPS road maps and assure the monthly self assessment score update in dash board with improvement action plan. Deploy VPS standards & best practices within the APU. MAINTENANCE GENBA ACTIVITIESMaintenance tools and methodologies through OJT. 100% completion of preventive & time base maintenance Permanently help APU Manager to detect and react to non - conformances against standards. Manage the maintenance of VPS tools through appropriate audits (like kanban audits) : audit organization , performance & follow up. Conduct the maintenance QRQC and attend other QRQC to get support. Support APU VPS workshop pilots on methodology and results achievement. Lead himself permanently workshops and implement improvement proposals. MAINTENANCE RESULTS Ensure a lean reporting.,
