Job Description

    As a candidate for this role based in Oragadam, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks related to receipts planning, stock transfers, acknowledgements, monitoring, material issues, inventory management, rejection dispatch, and document verification. Your qualifications should include a B.E/B.Tech degree.Key Responsibilities:- Plan receipts effectively- Manage inter plant stock transfers, ensuring accuracy between documents and dispatch- Handle acknowledgements such as 541/351- Monitor and clear GRN (Goods Receipt Note) discrepancies- Issue materials according to the plan- Dispatch rejections to suppliers- Maintain perpetual inventory accuracy- Map bins accurately and track discrepancies in document dispatch- Track pending acknowledgements from suppliers and internal customers- Monitor GR (Goods Receipt) pendency exceeding 7 days- Verify details against gate entry physically and in the system, noting any errors- Implement material issue control systems for parts through acknowledgements and pull lists- Coordinate documents pending for gate exit and manual documents pending over 3 days- Conduct cycle counts for parts regularly- Address parts pending for bin mapping- Provide receipt acknowledgment to suppliersPlease note that this role may involve additional responsibilities not listed here, and as a candidate, you should be prepared to adapt to the dynamic needs of the company.,
