Job Description

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Trainer to deliver engaging and effective language training to learners. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent teaching skills, and a proven track record in training students or professionals to improve their spoken and written English skills.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery:Conduct interactive and engaging English language training sessions for individuals or groups.Develop customized training plans based on the proficiency level of learners.Curriculum Development:Design and update curriculum and training materials aligned with learners needs and organizational goals.Incorporate diverse teaching methods, including role-plays, multimedia tools, and exercises.Language Skills Enhancement:Focus on improving speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.Help learners enhance business communication skills, such as email writing, presentations, and professional conversations.Assessment and Feedback:Assess learners proficiency levels through pre- and post-training evaluations.Provide constructive feedback to learners on their progress and areas for improvement.Engagement and Motivation:Encourage learners to participate actively in discussions and activities.Motivate learners to achieve their language goals through continuous support.Reporting and Documentation:Maintain records of learners attendance, performance, and improvement.Provide periodic progress reports to stakeholders, if applicable.Professional Development:Stay updated with the latest language teaching methods and tools.Attend workshops, webinars, and other professional development opportunities.Key Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field (Masters preferred more value added).Minimum of 3 years of experience as an English Trainer, preferably in corporate or academic settings.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using digital tools for virtual training sessions (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).Ability to adapt training techniques to suit various learner profiles and industries.
