Do it here.What you ll be doing.You will be supporting an application suite for our Consumer and Business customers. When these applications are performing well, they are an important part of the overall customer experience. You will work closely with stake holders to streamline operations and monitor the health and performance of the application suite. The solutions you implement will help meet our customer needs and make it easy for them to do business with us.

  • Triaging the Production Issues within the suite of applications supported.
  • Doing Root Cause Analysis and coordinating with development teams in fixing the issues permanently.
  • Liaising with testing teams to strengthen regression and progression testing for the issues we get in production.
  • Recommending architectural changes to the End to End teams and development teams to improve on performance & Efficiency of the applications.
  • Monitoring the application logs, business and revenue reports, Key Metrics and alert the relevant teams on any abnormal trends and track them for closure.
  • Doing health checks and reporting the issues in a timely manner and coordinating with all stake holders to fix the issues immediately depending on the impact. Open Major Incident Management wherever needed.
  • Implementing best practices and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Leading the team and helping them technically and functionally. Creating roasters for team shift plans.
  • Suggesting and implementing automation scripts to avoid manual work and showcase the benefit out of it.
  • Doing daily Incident inflow analysis and work assignment to the team.
  • Tracking the performance of Team efficiency.
  • Building and maintain positive trust relationship with key stakeholders across IT and Frontline teams.
  • Ensuring IT Field operations comply with all local and federal labor laws.
  • Liaising with the IT teams, Revenue Assurance, Revenue Accounting teams to determine no Revenue Leakage.
In this hybrid role, youll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.What we re looking for.Youll need to have:
  • Bachelor s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • One or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of the Point of Sale Applications.
  • Knowledge on how the data flows between different layers of POS Architecture components.
  • Two or more years of experience on writing SQL queries/Shell Scripting/Java/Python programming.
  • Good analytical skills in solving the production problems.
Even better if you have:
  • Master s degree in Computer Science.
  • Four or more years of experience on writing SQL queries/Shell Scripting/Java/Python programming.
  • Experience on Kibana/Grafana Tools.
  • Experience or knowledge on Telecom.
  • ITIL certification.
