Job Description

    We are seeking a visionary Principal Architect with over 14 years of software engineering experience, particularly focused on AI/ML for at least 5 years, to take charge of designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to shape the future of our platform by architecting intelligent agents and multi-agent frameworks utilizing the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs). Your expertise should span the entire tech stack, including frontend frameworks like React and Angular, backend technologies such as Node.js and Python, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. You will be leading architectural design, integrating AI agents with core systems, developing APIs, and collaborating with data scientists to optimize LLMs. Additionally, you will establish ML Ops practices, create data pipelines, and mentor junior engineers. Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning are crucial for success in this role.Responsibilities include:- **Lead Architectural Design:** - Define and evolve the architecture for LLM-powered agents and multi-agent systems. - Implement scalable microservices architectures. - Ensure seamless integration of AI Agents with core systems and databases. - Oversee API and SDK development for internal and external use.- **Full-Stack Expertise:** - Proficiency in frontend (React, Angular, Vue.js), backend (Node.js, Python), and databases (SQL, NoSQL). - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP.- **Model Building & Fine-tuning:** - Collaborate with data scientists to optimize LLMs for specific tasks. - Implement model evaluation and monitoring systems. - Stay updated on LLM research and development.- **Prompt Engineering & LLM Integration:** - Develop effective prompting strategies for LLM performance. - Ensure safe and reliable LLM integration. - Address challenges related to bias and hallucinations.- **ML Ops & Observability:** - Establish robust ML Ops practices. - Implement monitoring solutions for model performance and system stability.- **Data Engineering:** - Design and implement data pipelines. - Ensure data quality and security.- **Team Leadership & Mentorship:** - Guide junior engineers in development best practices. - Foster innovation and continuous learning within the team.Qualifications:- 14 years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML for at least 5 years.- Expertise in deploying applications powered by LLMs.- Proficiency in frontend, backend, and cloud technologies.- Strong architectural design skills.- Experience with data engineering and ML Ops best practices.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.- Passion for continuous learning in the AI/ML field.,
