  • 8+years of experience
  • 5+ years of extensive experience in leading RPA engagements in UI Path
  • The person should have experience in identifying RPA opportunity and should have ability to assess its pros and cons
  • The person should have good experience in Planning, tracking and task assignment for all the entity involved in RPA delivery
  • The person should have experience in
  • Risk identification and its mitigation at program and project level
  • Estimating efforts and resource
  • Creating UAT Plan
  • Ensures design addresses business expectations & get final design sign-off for the overall solution design
  • Design Deployment architecture and set-up of UI Path and related components
  • The person should be able to mediate between technical and business teams
  • The person should be able to handle all phases of SDLC
  • The person should constantly seek RPA opportunities in the current project space and initiate discussions with the concerned business stakeholders, if necessary
  • The person should be well versed in Agile development and prior Agile experience would be preferred.
  • The person should be self-driven
