Job Description

    At least 5 years work experience in a change/transformation role of a bank, Product owner or business analysis role.At least 5 years of experience in working with technology project teams, if there is experience representing business, it will be a significant plus.Strong skills in conceptual and quantitative problem-solving, aligning a broad range of stakeholders from multiple functions, and executingagainst a tightly defined timelineExcellent professional skills, including verbal, presentation and written communication skillsStrong Domain knowledge in wealth management products, life cycle events, end to end (with specific knowledge on Investment Products Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Structured Products, Corporate action & Investment Product Life cycle events)Exposure in rolling out T24 core banking system, and working within the context of surround system for integration & interfacesStrong T24 System knowledge and application domain and exposure to Triple A plus & APIs/TTIComprehensive knowledge and hand on experiences of interfaces in/out of T24 (especially T24 IF)Experiences in Data Conversion, Migration, Reconciliation in corebanking system replacement (preferably in T24)Have direct management experiences such as managing agile squads & agile methodology appliedActively worked on UAT & defect management, implementation & post implementation support processes as part of project implementation Key Skills: Product owner or business analysis role.
