Job Title : ETF Market MakerLocation : Chennai An RTB role ensures processing is of the highest standard, whilst meeting agreed SLAs, and being mindful of risk, efficiency, budget and personal conductWhat will you be doing Ability to create and support growth of a talented high performing small team. Ability to manage a diverse global workforce through rapid change and / in periods of uncertainty Ability to drive strategy, execute change and resolve issues . Liaising with internal and external stake holders Perform regular quality checks and capture the QC Failures Drive various risk & governance meetings with vendors Interact with various stake holders within the bank and vendors Timely escalation of the issues to management Good communication/networking skills Work closely with management and technology on strategic and tactical projects Responding to queries in line with stake holder expectation and ensuring all responses are clear and identify the critical elements of the query Posses a high degree of commercial acumen and is focused on shareholder value. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence the cross-functional groups/forums, the global matrix and external stakeholders. Builds trust through credible use of facts and data and posses ability to creatively resolve problems and issues at pace. Understands the Business Strategy and is able to add-value at team meetings and influence the outcome.What we re looking for : o Bachelor s Degree or equivalent o Fluent in Verbal and written communication o Ability to Multi task o Financial services experience relevant to Security Settlement and Asset Servicing o High level understanding of 3-4 functions in the trade lifecycle listed in the below list. Trade Management - Post-trade aggregation, Trade capture into back-office platforms, Trade enrichment, Amendments and modifications, Bilateral/Multilateral netting, Trade validation, Trade event management, Novation/Assignment, Close-out/Tear-up, Additional transaction servicing Confirmation - Affirmation and allocation, Generation/sending of confirmations, Confirmation matching, Document management, Exception handling Clearing - Generation/sending of clearing instructions, Clearing fees Collateral & Portfolio Management - Manage collateral agreements, Matching and allocation, Administration, Reporting, Position management, Valuation Client Servicing Settlement and Delivery - Generation/sending of settlement instructions, Settlement processing, Settlement fail processing and exception management Asset Servicing- Corporate actions, Coupon/dividend processing, Tax services, Proxy Voting, Custodian fees Reconciliations - Corporate actions, Coupon/dividend processing, Tax services, Proxy Voting, Custodian fees Referential and Static Data - Product master (static), Client/Counterparty, External reference data, Operational data, Corporate action database Operations Management - Operations management, Change management, Performance reporting, Risk & Controls management, Network management and billing o Detailed knowledge of Settlement and Asset Servicing function listed in the below tableSkills that will help you in the role Prior experience in Vendor ManagementWhere will you be working ChennaiBe More at Barclays At Barclays, each day is about being more as a professional, and as a person.
