Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced ETL/DB Testing Engineer to validate data integration and transformation processes in enterprise data warehouse environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and quality across all stages of the ETL pipeline.Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Perform end-to-end ETL testing including data extraction, transformation, and loading validations
    • Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate large datasets
    • Analyze data mapping documents and source-to-target transformations
    • Perform data reconciliation, data completeness, and regression testing
    • Identify, document, and report defects clearly and concisely
    • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and QA teams
    • Understand and validate business rules applied during data transformation
    • Create test plans, test cases, and test execution reports
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    • 26 years of hands-on experience in ETL testing and database testing
    • Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
    • Experience with ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar platforms
    • Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling
    • Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as JIRA
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
