Job Description

    Job Duties / Responsibilities:
    • Handle day-to-day Site Operations
    • Co-ordinating with Housekeeping staff including cleaning, maintenance, administration work, cafeteria and security
    • Maintaining an inventory of all infrastructure assets for the office facility
    • Making Travel arrangements to and fro for the employee/Head as and when required
    • Keeping a track for the logistics inwards and outwards
    • Keeping track of contracts of all service providers, vendors etc.
    • Involve in Vendor staff Training & Development
    • Provide assistance to FM in all Administrative functions, Security issues and Facility services and any other administrative functions
    • Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports
