Executive Assistant to the Executive Director Posted at 13:27h Executive Assistant to the Executive Director Job nature: Permanent Full - Time The person will work closely with the Executive Director and shall provide executive support in a one to one working relationship. The person will act as the nodal point of contact for internal & external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Executive Director. He / She must be able to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. The applicant shall interact / work with people including employees , volunteers , donors , communities , centre authorities , partner organisations , corporate and vendors. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provides a bridge in maintaining an efficient flow of information between all levels of the organisation including internal and external contacts Coordinates with other staff members and volunteer leaders to create periodic reports on programs for internal and external stakeholders Performs any other critical organisation tasks as maybe required by the Executive Director Education Qualification / Experience: More than 3 years of relevant work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word , Excel , and Power Point) Knowledge , Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details Demonstrates leadership to maintain credibility , trust and support of all Creative and be able to enjoy working within a small , entrepreneurial environment that is mission - driven , results - driven and community oriented Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders , including staff , volunteers , external partners and donors Expert level written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills Priorities conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously , proactively , and follows - through on tasks to successful completion , often with deadline pressures.
