Job Description

    Qualification:Any graduate with 3-5 yrs of experience in HousekeepingResponsibilities:Supervise and direct the daily activities of all Housekeeping staff.Verifies that trolleys are stored properly and closets are lockedAssists in inventories as requested.Prioritizes special cleaning requests in public areas like lobbies and ESD flooring areas etc.,Assures trolleys are properly stored and vacuum cleaners are emptied at the end of each dayPerforms all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objective of the role.Ensure the service standards regarding cleanliness, amenities and maintenance in public areas are adhered.Manage the inventory of supplies, and equipment and maintain their records.Plan,Inspect and implement preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules for public areas and Monitor super cleaning.Monitor productivity standards and Schedule staff in order to optimize manpowerEnsure that all the operational standard procedures/guidelines set for all the processes/activities/situations are followed (Key Control, Lost & Found etc).Stay informed about of industry innovations in cleaning techniques, preventive maintenance and cleaning product technology.Keep a track of emergency supplies and other items.Maintain the lost & found registerEnsure optimal usage of cleaning supplies and devise methods to reduce wastageShould have a good interpersonal & people management skillsExperience - 3 to 5 yearsLocation - Chennai
