Job Description

    As an Executive-HRBP at our company in Chennai, your primary responsibility will be managing all Employee Engagement & Retention activities for the Aligned Process. Your role will involve ensuring that all EE&R activities and performance standards are executed as planned within the agreed time frames to maintain the highest levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. Here are the key roles and responsibilities you will be handling:- Act as the single point of contact for EE&R representation in the aligned process by providing effective employee relations/counsel & handling queries/grievances.- Conduct policy sessions during induction, training, and BAU stages to ensure clear communication.- Maintain a visible presence on the operations floor to address any EE&R interventions required.- Facilitate the Reward and Recognition process, including distressing activities, across the floor.- Execute ESAT/Dipstick & 360 Surveys timely and take necessary actions based on identified areas.- Drive Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives by meeting with Team Leaders/Managers and Teams regularly.- Organize fun activities within the process to enhance employee engagement.- Ensure timely communication and completion of Performance Management Process, Internal Job Postings, and assessment centers for promotions.- Handle exit formalities, annual increments, confirmations, payroll inputs, background checks, headcount, and attrition reports.- Support effective Audits and come up with creative solutions to tackle operational issues.- Adhere to productivity enhancing initiatives like Five S, 6 Sigma, etc.Interested candidates can share their resume with us at hidden_email or contact us at hidden_mobile.(Note: No additional details about the company were mentioned in the job description.)
