Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned) Process requests received from clients within the defined TAT.Follow up for the cases pending requests.Handling queries related to daily process & provide resolution to the query within the defined TAT.Handling Payouts by verify KYC and preparing documentsHandling of Generic mail id and respond to Queries from internal customers.Routine periodic MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly etc.)Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position) Graduate/ postgraduate with at least 1-2years experience.Experience in life Insurance Industry preferred.Through knowledge of life insurance products & process.Ability to structure analysis of basic data and work on a large volume of data
