Job Description

    Title : Executive Quality assurance - HealthcareLocation: ChennaiOverview: The Quality Assurance Executive s role is to develop and establish quality assurance standards and measures for the eBook conversion services within the organization. This individual will also gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and functional requirements. This will include data analysis, deriving corrective and preventive actions, documenting standards, cross functional coordination implementing results, tracking defects, requirements to software application development. The responsibilities also include identifying process improvement and initiate six sigma projects, managing QA team & report the quality metrics to management periodically.Requirements Minimum of 3 years direct experience as QA in e-publishing domainGood data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and oral communication skills.Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Creative solving of technical problems to ensure the ability translate technical requirements test plansExperience in Leading a teamSoft skillsPossess sound knowledge in XML, ePub, and HTML5Possess knowledge in MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPointExperience working in conversion tools, workflow & applicationFunctional SkillsExperiences in Quality tools & concepts Six sigma YB/GB trained/certifiedExperience with statistical reporting and analysis SPC & SQC toolsVerify and revise quality assurance standards as neededChange control processes, practices, and guidelinesDevelop and establish quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product lifecycles.Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble,
