This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role ResponsibilitiesStrategyDeliver and continue to manage the changes in the Screening & List Management controls, consistent with the vision and strategy for FCC, in support of the Group s strategic direction and growth aspirations.Programme ManagementLead significant programme of work in support of the financial crime compliance objectives.Set clear project objectives, scope, deliverables, assign roles, responsibilities, approvals; agree metrics, and report progressDeliver the project in line with the Banks SDF 2.0 framework aligned to the Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition PhasesEnsure scope, costs and time are maintained for the workstreamDemonstrate exceptional project governance ensuring project controls are clearly understood and complied with and look for opportunities for control improvements, or simplification where appropriate.Ensure project deliverables and approvals are stored in a structured discoverable format for future auditDevelop and maintain the MS Project schedulesBe accountable for identification and escalation of potential risks and issues in line with the Group Operational risk and issue management process and identify and assess project interdependenciesLead activities to develop and review Operational Risk Assessments for each country implementationDeliver all allocated activities to the highest quality standard and call out when this is not the caseActively support FCC Assurance activities, Audit reviews and regulatory inspections for Screening, providing input to the reviews, validation of issues and execution of arising management action plansProject/Change Specialism Identify and actively engage with various key stakeholders to ensure the success of Screening Programmes.Maintain and comply with standards and approaches defined by the CoEs and work to continually enhance theseMaintain Global Screening Book of Work for Transaction, Name, and List Management.Run the Global Screening Change Control Board (TS and NS CCB s) meetings, with Screening and List leads, 1st line segments/products, 2nd line RFO s for business process, 1st line RFO s for CFCC (Sanctions and AML), Country/Region, ITO etc.,Ensure Impact Assessment is carried out for the changes by working with all the parties for screening and associated downstream (AAA, MI) etc., areas and fully understood, agree by the requestors before commencement of the change.Ensure Operational Readiness in compliance to the Group Screening Standards, process governance standards (Group OR Type Framework), Project DoI s/guidance s, Costing/Re-charge model established by FCC Controls, On-going support (Run/BAU) and ITO etc standards.Vendor Engagement:Ensure complete transparency of book of work and requirements linked to Acuity Screening Software and List Data, Dow Jones List Data, and other vendors like Silent 8, Oracle ECM etc., for high quality deliverables.Maintain a solid professional engagement/working relationship, to influence a high quality, and delivery timelines.Testing:Ensure all entry criteria are met prior to the commencement of each phase of testing, as defined in the screening testing strategy/plan.Develop all testing artefacts, in line with standards set by the Testing CoE and maintain the required approvalsWork with the relevant Common Services teams to ensure that environments, data and batch requiremetns are met.Ensure that 100% of applicable test cases are conducted and results are evidenced appropriately and that all open defects at the end of each phase of testing have been risk accepted by the appropriate risk owner and reported to the appropriate governance forumDevelop and obtain the relevant approvals for the test exit reportTuningEnsure that tuning environments and data are available to commence tuning activities in line with the MS project plan.Complete tuning activities in line with standards and controls defined by the Tuning CoE, maintaining exemplary documentation and audit trail throughout.Engage and obtain country approval for segments and thresholds, maintaining an audit trail for all relevant decisions and approvals.Implementation:Ensure all pre go live approvals and project artefacts are in place including where required regulatory, country technology manager, country FCC etcEnsure the cutover runbook has been developed and reviewed and the relevant resources are available and informed to manage the process, in line with the SDF 2.0Develop the scenario cut over plan, ensuring no gaps in coverage and agree this with the relevant stakeholdersEnsure end users have been appropriately engaged, trained and communicated with, so that they are ready and informed of the go live requirements, to minimise BaU disruption and accelerate post production stabilisationManage the cut over including the Go / No Go process, ensuring that business is fully engaged and informed of any outstanding issues, defects or dependencies.Manage the post go live support process including the initial the post production defect release cycleTransition country to the Screening Production Support teamPeople and Talent (Responsibilities related to people and talent matters)Provide leadership, management and coaching to direct reports to ensure they are highly engaged and performing to their potential.Stimulate an environment where forward planning, prioritisation, deadline management and collaborative, inclusive yet effective and efficient work practices are the norm.Ensure your workstream is adequately resourced and staffed by an appropriate number of competent staff sufficiently independent to perform duties objectively, to support the successful delivery of screenign programme and on-going changesEnsure the direct reports to Screening Programme Manager (this role) have clearly articulated and well understood roles and responsibilities through meaningful and
